Hi, can I take the TIC of CVD & SAD (under custom duty) on normal goods, which was imported before 30/06/2017 if yes, then which form & which section. Please confirm

Pl reflect them in your input return ending June 2017 and this amount of credit can be legally migrated to GST regime. Pl refer to the provisions of section 140 of the CGST act.
