Yes you can take except for those mentioned under Sec 17(5)
can we take input service credit on capitalised repair renovation exp. when service reg.under renting immovable property.advise
Yes you take only if same is not mention in exceptions u/s 17(5) of CGST Act
You can get credit of same. But for more reference refer above mentioned Sec

We are a solar panels manufacture but hsn code of renewable energy devive is only in two digit i.ie 85 &84. now my questions is we can use same hsn if sales is more than 5 cr.

If your turnover is above 5 crore then you have to mention 4 digits of HSN Code.
but as per gst sn code only 2 digit code allotted for this items
No dear 8 digit HSN issued for each & every product.
