1.whether the itc is available on repair charges paid for car or scooter used in business or not?
2.whether the itc is available on new car or scooter used in business or not?

In the following cases ITC is available :
1) if you motor vehicle dealer
2) Transportation of passengers
3) Own a driving school

4) Vehicle used for transportation of goods
If these conditions are satisfied ITC is available otherwise not.
Repair charges for cars & scooters used for business purpose attracts RCM if 5000/ limit is crossed and in that case ITC can be availed.

that means credit is available in case of repair only.

As you do fulfill above conditions no ITC is available.
