whether itc on stock of 30.06.2017 of raw material id eligible or not? If eligible then how to calculate ITC

Calculate based on your invoices from 01/07/2016 from 30/06/2017...
Check the raw materials stock from back on date. Then collect your exact ITC then file TRAN 1 form and get ITC..
