ITC ON PURCHASE OF NET WORKING DEVICES
Can an assesse avail ITC on purchase of net working devices like computers,CCTV, Access controller, electromagnetic door lock unit etc?

Yes. GST ITC available if the said equipments are used in furtherance of business.
Yes you can claim ITC provided that the devices are being used in the course of or furtherance of business and all the 4 conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 have been complied before claiming ITC.
Yes you can if it's in course or furtherance of your business and not for personal use.
