If it is purchase for business purpose then you can claim also you must given your GST number to seller

No ,. u cannot claim itc on vehicle / coveyance as per section 17(5)

if your business relates to Transportation of public or goods you can claim ITC. Otherwise no ITC can be claimed even the vehicle ultimately used only for business purposes
