Is ITS available on motor vehicle purchased by a manufacturing company for the transportation of raw materials?

Yes it is applicable as it is an exception to 17(5)
is it applicable to GTA only?
If you are a registered dealer and purchase vehicles for transportation of goods and satisfy furtherance of business then you can take ITC. Otherwise ITC blocked u/s 17(5)
