ITC on Motor vehicle
sir I want to know whether we can claim ITC on motor car expenses ( registration in name of parternship firm)

If motorcycle is used for the business purpose then you can claim ITC on repair and maintenance expences only. Itc on motor vehicle is not allowed.
No ITC on motor car is not allowed in GST
as per section 17(2) u can not claim itc on motar car of cgst act.
