itc on mobile
My client is partnership firm .purchased mobile bill in the name of partner and gst charged on same . can take itc of gst?

ITC cannot be claimed as it is in name of partner
ITC on mobile can be claimed if it is furtherance of business or if it is purchased in the name of business and used in the course of business.But in the case mobile purchased on the name of partner so ITC cannot be claimed
