Sir pls clarify one doubt. Whether ITC eligible for Marginal tax payer dealer or not? (For example a dealer "A" pay his gst under marginal tax scheme. If he pay input tax on his vehicle maintenance used for his business, whether he can take the ITC on his GST payable)
