ITC on legal services GST

Can corporates avail ITC on GST charged by legal advisor & Tax Consultant? it is not in negative list of ITC but still some confusion.

I don't think they will get ITC. as legal advisor charge fees wic will be reflect under expense in income tax

I hope Raja is correct. as far as GST is concerned. all the expenses & income forms part of Income tax *and it has nothing to do with GST.
