itc on JCB
i am retail trading in fertilizer business, i have purchased JCB can i claim ITC on JCB

No as per section 17(5) of cgst
Can you clarify why you purchase the JCB ??? if its being used in your business yes definitely you can claim ITC
Could you please mention your nature of business?
JCB for business purposes
If used for business purpose then ITC can be claimed.
