Can we get Itc of Gst on insurance on fire & vehicle & employees welfare etc ?

No.... ITC is available only on insurance for stock
ITC available only for the insurance of Fire...
ITC not available for Vehicle insurance...
ITC not available for Vehicle insurance...
What is the place of place in case of billing to foreign party and goods delivered to domestic party??
According to gst act sec17(5) ITC was not available on vehicle insurance.
Only on fire you can claim not others
