We have imported some materials on which IGST paid in the month of Jul-19 but purchase booked in the month of Aug-19. Pls let me know in which month we shall book the import whether Jul-19 or Aug-19

in the month when you recieved the goods
If goods were received in Jul-19 after payment of customs duty then you can avail in Jul-19 even if accounted in Aug-19.
goods received in august only. but payment made in july
