IGST paid on icegate is not reflecting in gstr2A

Yeah.. It's not reflect in Your GSTR 2A. But, You can claim ITC based on Invoices and Bill of lading. No more restrictions.

i have Import purchase and paid igst18% sale same rate @ 18% gst and some itc balance in gst portal that amt i have claim refund application but officer said you can not get refund at same gst rate it is ture or what my application has been rejected . pls gaind me. refund amt near about 15 lac.

u r question is not clear, import purchase pay igst which will be the itc, then on sale itc will be deducted for output tax it may be igst or cgst+sgst. there is no stock no itc, no question of refund arises here in same rate sale at same rate of tax.
