ITC on Hotel Bills
can i take Input credit on Hotel Bills located in Inter and Intra state Stay??

If the hotel stay is business purpose, you can avail input credit. However the input should only be availed on room rent/service and not on food/beverage portion.
Also input is available only on intra state bills i. e., within same state.
