We have received freight bill of Rs.1000/- on which GTA (Patel Roadways) has charged 5% GST i.e.25/- CGST & 25/- SGST.
my question can i get input tax credit of this 5% charged by transporter.

yes but the transporter (patel Roadways) has to upload the same invoice under B2B section of GSTR - 1
