ITC on GST paid under RCM
Whether can I avail ITC on GST paid under RCM for September month paid in October 20th in the month of September month return itself or in October Month return?

U can avail ITC on RCM only after payment of RCM liability. For September liability u must have paid it by 20th Oct 2018. Therefore, u can avail it in Oct return which u will file by 20th, Nov 2018.
You can claim ITC of tax paid on RCM basis in same month...
