ITC on GST paid to Fleet owners and transporters
I have taken service from Fleet owner, Transporter and he has charged IGST @ 12% for cements transportation.. Can I claim ITC?

Dear Aaqib Hamid,
As per a notification issued with regards to reverse charge, the transporter is having the option to pay GST @ 12% under forward charge by taking ITC so in your case transporter ha taken that option.
Since he has charged IGST we can claim ITC for the same as there is no specific restriction on availing the ITC on the said service.
