Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed on GST charged by banks for services like commissions. The consensus is that ITC is claimable if your business supplies are taxable. You'll need your GSTIN registered with the bank, and the bank should issue monthly tax invoices. If the invoices appear in your GST 2A, you can claim the credit. Follow up with your bank for the correct invoice details if needed.
