Whether we can claim ITC on general repairs and maintenance, fooding etc.

On repair & maintenance you can claim ITC but fooding it's block U/s 17(5)

1. MUST HAVE THE COPY OF BILL & GSTN MENTION THEREIN

2. MUST BE IN COURSE & FURTHERANCE OF BUSINESS

3. SUPPLIER HAS FILED HIS GSTR 1

(KINDLY REFER SECTION 16 OF CGST ACT)
