Construction repairs that are capitalised?
What are the prerequisites to claim ITC incurred on business expenses?

2. MUST BE IN COURSE & FURTHERANCE OF BUSINESS
3. SUPPLIER HAS FILED HIS GSTR 1
(KINDLY REFER SECTION 16 OF CGST ACT)
