No as per section 17(5) itc in case if goods distributed as gift.. Itc can not be claimed
goods distributed by way of gift, free samples it is blocked on such goods u/s 17(5)
ITC Blocked u/s 17(5) of CGST Act 2017 for goods distributed as Free Samples, Gifts etc...
