Itc on cst
can i avail input tax credit on goods purchased under cst / excise duty

Cst will form part of cost and no credit will be available.If copy of tax paying document is available 100% credit of excise is available,file form gst trans 1.If not then 60% or 40% as the case may be would be available as credit,file form trans 2.
