Itc on construction services
whether itc can be claimed on materials which is used for constructing a building??

No for construction Business Itc on purchases will be showns as Ineligible credit u/s 17(5) in gstr 3b Based on Location n sqft gst has to pay without itc
As per Section 17(5) of CGST Act, ITC shall be ineligible on purchase of goods & services used in the construction of an immovable property.
Therefore, no ITC input can be claimed.
