NO its availment of ITC for cars is Blocked Under 17(5) ,You can avail ITC only on vehicles which have seating capacity of 13 or more including the driver

You cannot avail ITC on Motor Vehicles ( Car ) since it is specifically BLOCKED U/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
