Can we claim ITC on Car?

As professional working as a Singer, bought car.
u/s 17(5)a , those who are transporting the good through vehicle , Supply of Same goods i.e further sale or car (used for furtherance of business ) can avail the Input tax.
for other business ,ITC on car is not allowed.

I think it's personal use then ITC not available...
It is blocked credit u/s 17(5)
