we are a Partnership Firm. Can we take ITC on Capital Goods like vehicles etc?

Goods vehicle yes. Passenger vehicle no.
| ITC on vehicles is not allowed. However ITC is allowed on other capital goods like computer, mobile, machinery etc which is to be used for the firm. |
