Itc on canteen equipment

The company provides free food facility to its employees. The Company buys various equipments used for canteen purpose. Under the cirucumstances whether Input tax credit shall be allowed on equipments purchased for canteen purpose exclusively.

As per notification 46/2017 CT (r), it's 5% without ITC
And
As per section 17(5) , ITC has to be reversed on supply anything free

No cannot claim ITC for equipment used in kitchen
