Yes, Builders can calim ITC over underconstruction units if sold, proportionately.
Sir, if some plots are not sold, what is the procedure for input tax credit, and is there any time period to sale the plots. Pls explain
For plots no ITC will be available. ITC available only over construction of any units over it.
