ITC on branch off bill

dear experts,
my head office located in Chennai my branch office in Bangalore
in our branch office they recieved bill from courier service on monthly basis they charging sgst&cgst in the bill they mentioned our Chennai gst no in bill all accounting entry we only making in our Chennai plant only

please share me whether we are eligible to take credit or not
