Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed on bank charges. The consensus is that ITC is claimable provided the charges are reflected in your GSTR-2A and you possess a valid tax invoice from the bank. Without a proper invoice, claiming ITC is not permissible and could lead to future issues with tax authorities.

Yes, You can claim if reflected in GSTR 2A.

Sir, I checked from email id not received any bill and bank also unable to provide bill so can I avail ITC or note
No... If You don't have invoices then better to get it from bank. If they can't give invoice then complain to "Bank Ombudsman".

Otherwise the ITC taken without invoice then its problem in future.
As per the Provision of Section 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017, ITC on Goods or Services or both can be availed only when the following FOUR CONDITIONS are satisfied :

(1). Possession of a Tax Invoice.
(2). Received the Goods or Services.
(3). The Supplier must have paid the Taxes.
(4). The Recipient must have filed the Return.

So if you are not in a possession of a Tax Invoice, then the condition of sub-section (2) of Section 16 is breached. Hence you should not avail ITC to avoid any type of Departmental harassment in the future.
