Dear sir. Please confirm that we have paid the amount in rcm then whether itc available on manufacture

Yes... You can claim the ITC benefit.

Also please confirm that rcm liabilities arries in Oct month payment made on dt dt. 10.11.18 now can we take the itc in Oct month.

The Bill date in October month then You can claim in October return...

But,

Better to claim next month return***

Means rcm paid in November 18 then itc avail in also November

Yeah... If October bill then We will be pay on or before 20th November / return filing.
