ITC of Tax paid under RCM
whether any input can be availed for the tax paid under RCM? If no, then what should be filled in GSTR 3B head 4 point 3 ITC for inward supplies liable to reverse charge?

yes. first you have to pay tax under RCM and then input can be availed by filling part 4 point 3 of GSTR 3B.
