If gst paid by registered party on gta services by road @ 5℅ due to RCM .
My question is , is itc available to registered party against the payment of gst ( @ 5℅) to GTA by road .

i think no ITC
GST act disallowed only few items like , construction related good n service , rent a cab , canteen services , club membership , health insurance
etc. there is no restrictions on ITC on GTA.
Please clear
