ITC of service tax paid.
Can we take ITC of service tax paid in 1st quarter of this financial year? ( particularly on booking of a flat booking service tax is being paid )

ONLY OF YOU ARE REGISTERD IN SERVICE TAX ACT THEN YES YOU CAN CLAIM ITC ON MIGRATION.
Yes you can claim itc of 1 quarter by filling TRANS1 and TRANS 2 form
