Dear Experts,
One of my client is GTA. Earlier he is under RCM mechanism, But now he wants to switch from RCM to FCM.
Since he has purchased 4 trucks in last year when he was under RCM mechanism. Still he is using the same trucks for providing the service.
Now my question is, Can he get ITC on such trucks ? If Yes, Whether Proportionate or in Full
