Yes,
only health insurance (except compulsory by government) are not allowed as ITC under GST
Unless motor vehicle is being used for providing transportation of goods or passengers or for imparting training on driving, ITC on motor insurance cannot be utilized
As per New Amendment Act 31, 2018 , the ITC on insurance of Motor vehicle can claim only .
1. If the Motor vehicle Used for transportation of person with approved seating capacity 13 (Includes Driver)
2. further supply of Motor vehicle
