Itc of commercial vehicle

Yes you can avail ITC on Motor Vehicle used for transportation of Goods, provided that all the FOUR conditions as laid down u/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 is satisfied before claiming ITC.

SECTION 17(5) clause (aa) sub clause (ii) says that ITC on Motor Vehicles used for Transportation of Goods is not BLOCKED.

There is no such Notification regarding ITC on Motor Vehicles.

yes u claim the itc but u have to show the receipts of transporting
