Banks charges GST on cheque return charges but don't give any invoice for that.
Can businessmen avail the ITC on the GST Amt. of cheque return charges.

As per section 16(2) all condition must be satisfied
you can claim ITC if you have satisfied all condition
you can claim ITC if you have satisfied all condition
To claim ITC is it not necessary to have invoice
You have not take ITC without any valid proof.
