ITC OF CEMENT AND STEEL
I AM PROCURING CEMENT AND STEEL for NEW FACTORY CONSTRUCTION.I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WETHER ITC OF CEMENT AND STEEL IS ELIGIBLE OR NOT.

IS ITC IS ELIGIBLE FOR BUILDERS ON CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSE FROM 1APR 2019
It depends on the project and the option availed by builder
1. Ongoing project - Either 12% with ITC or 5%/1% without ITC
2. New project - 5%/1% without ITC - mandatory
