Yes there is notification 20/2018 CT (R) St. 26/7/2018
yes ITC lying unutilized will be laps before 31/07/2018, means you cannot c/f the same to 1/8/2018
As from 1/8/2018 the textile industry is liable to take refund under Inverted Tax Structure for unutilized ITC
