ITC issue
actual i have a client , who has doing a business as service provider, he cant use the vehicles for his operations of business, but he bought a car in the name of Business, in this case can take claim in GSTR 3B.

No you cant claim ITC . ITC is block on vehicle under section 17(5) CGST Act
