for the month May 2018 , many GST bill not show in portal , can I take ITC in GSTR 3 B .

You may be purchase goods from RD whose Turnover less than 1.5 Cr
So In this case purchase have not been reflected in GSTR-2A
Yes You can take benefit of all Purchase made from RD under GST during the month of May-18
Yes.. You can take ITC in 3B.
