I have taken contract from UPPCL for making buildings and all required materials are purchased by me. When I purchases any material then seller of that material charges GST.
My question is : can I get INPUT TAX CREDIT or not ; if not then why?

Yes le skte hai
under regular system only ..
If i give such contract to other contractor [sub contractor] for making the building then that contractor can get ITC if he use some material on which he has paid gst.
