if I'm the consumer i.e i m.buying a residential property of Rs 1cr how will i get passsed on benefit of ITC .. i
have paid 60lak before july and 40lak yet to be paid to the builder..
builder has his own land and construction houses.
he has given this project to works contractor..

As end consumer you are not entitle to get ITC benefit.
