ITC in gst
if I have a car behalf of company name I make insurance of car . Insurance company have charged GST on car insurance . So can we claim ITC in gstr3b

As I understand, input tax credit on insurance for car is not restricted as per section 17(5) and hence the same may be claimed as ITC provided the policy is registered in the name of the company and GSTIN of the company is also mentioned on the same.
