Itc in case inputs are at higher tax rate than output
Dear all,Will i get itc on my inputs in following case :My outputs are taxable @ 5 under hsn 8607 under Railway partsMy inputs are taxable @ 18 under steel and other parts like hsn 7318 nut bolts.

You can get refund as per GST rule.....
