Can any body get ITC on buffet lunch

Section 17 of CGST Act, 2017 provides a list in respect of which no credit shall be allowed which inter alia includes Foods and Beverages. Hence no ITC on buffet lunch

Since It covers under Blocked Credit u/s 17(5), ITC is not Available on Buffet Lunch.

it is covered under blocked credit under Sec 17(5)

If any event organiser does the service and provide a composite bill
