yes you can claim.as decided in 31st gst council meeting.
Yes You can claim ITC of F. Y. 2017-18 as council in its 31st meeting extended the date from 30/09/2018 to 31/03/2019 to claim the ITC.

Till date there is no Notification in this regard. hence applicable only after notify by council by issuing notification

As of now the portal do not accept any entries pertaining to Fy 2017-18
Please advise if the last date is consider on filing date or return period. I have some missing invoices in FY 2017-18, please advise if I can claim in period of Jan 2019 GSTR 3B but the filing date is May 2019.
