if we pay gst on freight under rcm @ 5% in cash

what is the procedure to claim itc of that payment

The registered dealer pay Tax on freight (GTA) only 5percent is enough and take as ITC...

The GTA service to URD then he ll be pay Tax @ 5% the he (GTA) can't take ITC. The GTA ll be pay Tax @ 12% then he (GTA) take as ITC....
